Status: Completed, 2007 .  Please note: the photo above is not the final version of the piece, but it's not that far off.  I will supplement as soon as I can get an new photo taken, which will be awhile, for I am in New York and the piece is in long-term storage in Houston.
Comments: The central figure is Ronell Wilson, who killed the two very brave undercover cops (depicted at the bottom) in an illegal weapons sting operation in Brooklyn, 2003. Showing through the painting are newspaper descriptions of the crime and the victim officers. Ronell Wilson was recently given the death penalty for this double-homicide. Press coverate of shooting:
